Existing GeoBlue Navigator Members

To learn more about your plan, register on www.geobluetravelinsurance.com by clicking on 'Member Login' and then 'Register Here'. You will need the certificate number located on the front of your ID card and once registered, you can access your full policy details, a PDF version of your ID card, claim forms and other important documents.

Renewing GeoBlue Navigator Members

Your GeoBlue Navigator policy does not automatically renew. You will be notified of your new plan rate at least 30 days prior to your policy expiration date. You must confirm your new policy rate in writing or by accepting the rate when logged in to our secure website in order to renew your GeoBlue Navigator policy. Notices for your renewal will be sent via email to the email address on the file.

Plan Enhancements

We are pleased to announce new plan updates and enhancements to our Navigator Crew plan. These updates are effective 7/1/2021 for all current and renewing members:

• Urgent care is now included.
• The physical therapy per visit dollar limit of $50 has been removed.
• Smoking cessation prescription drugs are now included.
• Chiropractor and acupuncture treatment are included.
• Dental and Vision benefits are available as an upgrade (additional premium required).
